The contractor will be required to provide all labor, material, supervision, and equipment necessary to replace approximately 8023 square feet of exterior fiberglass panels with new aluminum siding. The highest fiberglass panel is over 95 ft. above the ground. The work also includes the replacement of 20 personnel doors, 10 motor operated service doors, and the replacement of one existing service door motor. The work is located in Memphis, TN. The estimated cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The projected date for the availability of the solicitation is 24 August 1995. The projected bid opening date is 27 September 1995.
