The contract supports the development of the Biological Detector (BD), an antibody based automatic liquid sampling device capable of detecting specific biological agents on demand. A modification to the contract is necessary to complete system level BD design, prepare a development design TDP and provide BD prototype for component testing. See Note 22.(0216)
