The selected Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, administration, etc., (unless otherwise specified) to perform each fixed-price delivery order placed under the contract. The performance period shall be from October 1, 1995, through September 30, 1996, plus two (2) additional option years. The estimated level of effort is 1,500 hours of straight time labor, 200 hours of overtime labor, and $20,000 of materials per year.
