This modification is to advise that this acquisition is 100% Set Aside For Small Business Concerns and to advise that there will be a Non-Refundable charge of $50.00 for drawings. All small-businesses interested in submitting a bid on this acquisition shall make a written request for the solicitation document and submit the above stated fee. Drawings will not be forwarded prior to receiving the required fee. Bids from other than small businesses will not be considered. The scheduled release date for IFB-95-2549 is August 10, 1995.
