Add the following information to the scope of work: provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and construction to remove and reinstall (at proper grade) affected concrete parking pavement and curbing. Work shall include boring of existing 8 inch (depth) concrete, chemically inject potassium chloride soil stabilization media at 18 inches on center to a subsurface depth of 15 feet, and grouting of all concrete bore holes at completion of project.
