Contractor to provide services to operate the Defense Visual Information Center (DVIC), the Department of Defense's primary repository of significant still and motion media. The contract will be awarded on the basis of a best value source selection. The successful offeror shall be responsible for receipt, inspection, inventory, storage, research, customer support, and technical services related to DVIC media holdings. Anticipated date of issuance of RFP is on or about 28 Aug 95 with proposals due on or about 27 Sep 95. Basic performance period is anticipted to begin on 1 Mar 96 through 30 Sep 96, with four (4) one-year options. (219)
