This software is installed on an IBM mainframe. The estimated systems life is 60 months. All responsible sources are encouraged to respond. Only written responses will receive consideration. Responses must convey clear and convincing documentation of advantages to the Government to consider another source. The documentation shall include prices, GSA contract number (if applicable) and descriptive literature containing sufficient technical documentation to establish a bona fide capability to meet this requirement.
