This acquisition will be sought on an other than full and open competitive basis due to patent rights. Completed roof will deliver 10kwac (peak power) from the system including losses. Rated power of the modules for astandard 13 cell Tandem junction laminate is 22 Watts. Each module contains a Thin-film multi-junctioned photovoltaic components which are joined to complete a roofing system. FOB delivery with installation within 90 days after award. Responsible sources may identify their ability to meet the requirement by submitting awritten proposal within 45 days of the date of this publication.
