The Department of Labor has a requirement for a short term project in Bulgaria, supportive of the Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB). The contractor will design and provide training and will provide additional consulting services to the Bulgarian Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare staff to conduct the Work-Literacy assessment/training and to support replication of the Department's model Welfare to Work program in Haskovo, Bulgaria. Familiarity with this program and knowledge of the Bulgarian Ministry of Labor and its Regional Labor Office System are required. A contract with the Mountain States Group is anticipated on a cost-reimbursement basis. The estimated contract value is $75,025.
