This requirement is being procured under Simplified Acqusition Procedures and is a total Small Business Set-Aside. The RFQ will be available via Bulletin Board from 25 August 1995 to 12 September 1995. If access to Bulletin Board is not available, written or facsimile requests will be accepted. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Requests for the solicitation must state that neither the requestor nor principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive a contract from any federal agency--Failure to so represent will be grounds for refusing the request--Refer to the RFQ number when requesting copies of the RFQ.
