The National Institutes of Health is issuing the 1995 competitive BPA for Photographic supplies. Current companies that have BPA's with NIH for photographic supplies must submit a new proposal in order to be considered for award. The period of performance is two years from date of award. The types of supplies the NIH intends to purchase and the estimated annual dollar volume of such purchases are defined in the solicitation package. Routine delivery will be required to various NIH delivery points on an FOB destination basis. This requirement is available to both large and small business on a full and open competition basis. Solicitation No. 263-95-Q(KN)-0804 will be issued on or about August 29, 1995. Requests for a copy of the solicitation should be sent in writing to the attention of Ms. Loa Jean Hanson at the NIH address above. A pre-proposal conference will be held on September 14, 1995 at 6130 Executive Blvd., Rockville, MD, Conference Room H at 10:00 AM.
