The Vinten brand is specified as this is the only known brand to support existing teleprompter being used by the National Media Development Center of the VA Medical Center. RFQ will be issued August 31, 1995. RFQ will be due September 18, 1995. This procurement is subject to availability of funds, therefore, offerors must be able to guarantee their pricing through September 30, 1995.
