Offeror shall provide all services, personnel, materials, audio visual aids, training aids and travel and lodging to revise/update the existing student course materials and instructor teaching materials and administer and present sessions for a course of instruction entitled ''Roofing Technology Advanced''. The offeror shall provide an instructor team of two qualified instructors. This course trains specialists for area and resident office staff assignments in the assurance of quality roofing construction. The course provides Corps of Engineers architects and engineers with the advanced requirements for quality roof design and O&M maintenance techniques. Two sessions will be taught in FY96. The sessions will consist of 36 hours of classroom instruction. Course locations, dates and session numbers are: Session 96-01, 17-21 June 1996, Huntsville, AL; Session 96-02, 24-28 June 1996, Huntsville, AL; Option years FY97, FY98, and FY99 will be established for each of the two sessions indicated. Technical evaluation criteria will be set forth in the solicitation schedule to be issued on or about 01 September 1995. Copies of the solicitation shall be obtained from this office at a cost of $45.00 (non-refundable). Payment will be made by certified check, cashier's check, or money order payable to: Finance and Accounting Officer, USAEDH. Telephonic requests will not be honored. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The Standard Industrial Code applicable to this procurement is 8999. For the purpose of the solicitation, any concern whose gross annual receipts over the past 3 years do not exceed an average of $5,000,000 is considered a small business.
