This item has been identified as having a potential for significant quantity fluctuation due to the Army's changing supply demands. As such, an Incremental Quantity Program solicitation will be issued utilizing Incremental Quantity Program provisions to reflect a minimum quantity of 15, known quantity of 72, and a maximum quantity of 80. In addition, this requirement will have range option quantities of 15 each to 50 each for the base year option and one out year and a range of 15 each to 45 each for the remaining two out years.
