This item has been identified as having a potential for significant
quantity fluctuation due to the Army's changing supply demands. As
such, an Incremental Quantity Program solicitation will be issued
utilizing Incremental Quantity Program provisions to reflect a minimum
quantity of 6, known quantity of 24, and a maximum quantity of 30. In
addition, this requirement will have range option quantities of 6 each
to 40 each for a base year option and two out year options and 6 each
to 45 each for one additional out year. Destinations to be furnished.
Delivery schedule 220 days after contract award. Offerors must be
approved and qualified. This proposed contract action is for supplies
or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate
with only one, or a limited number of sources. Suggest that small
business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunties in
connection with this procurement, make contact with the firm(s) listed.
The Government does not possess sufficient documentation to acquire
this item from other than the qualified source. RFP will be issued to
Island Technical Services, 204 Main Street, P. O. Box 69, Islip, NY
11751. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation
which shall be considered by this agency. Request solicitation package
