Client/server, RDBMS based accounting system, including SMP server, operating system (POSIX or X/open spec 1170 compliant), and relational database system, substantially meeting JFMIP Core Financial System Requirements, to serve as accounting component for agency-wide paperless financial management system. System will be a node on a 160 node FDDI WAN. (Other nodes include Windows/NT, Novell, LanMan and MacIntosh LANS.) System must support later integration of imaging, electronic signature, automation of business rules, and workflow. Proposals from consortia will be considered.
