C -- CONTRACT FOR ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES Sol F31610-95-R0025. Due 091995. Contact SSGT JOYCE HAUBRICH, (919) 736-5504 EXT 260. Contract for Architectural and Engineering Design Services. Services may include site investigation and verification of as-built drawings, preparation of plans and specifications, design analysis, construction cost and time estimates, and various studies, reports and other documents related to the desgn of various projects. The selected firm shall be capable of providing final drawings formatted in the latest release of AUTOCAD. All drawings shall be submitted on high density, double sided, 3-1/2 inch, 1.44 MB diskettes. Work will be for Seymour Johnson AFB North Carolina. The design project will consist of providing plans and specifications for 74 Military Family Housing units at Seymour Johnson AFB NC. There are a total of five floor plans, three of which will be provided to the A & E for site adapting. Two will require full design, to include extensive site work required to accomodate these units. The selected A&E firm should indicate specialized experience in residential design. The firm should indicate their architectural rendering capability (either in-house or by consultant). Architect/Engineer firms which meet the requirements described in this announcement and desiring consideration shall submit appropriate data as described on Numbered Notes 24 and 25 no later than 4:30 P.M. ET 19 Sep 1995. Standard Form 255 ``A-E and Related Services Questionnaire for Specific Project'' will be required. This is not a request for proposal.
