The following models will be maintained: CM5EMC32V-128/64F, CM5-MA-CP-9, CM5-MA-JOCP-10, CM5-MA-CPDK, CM5-MA-SCN, CM5-MC-SA16F, CM5-MA-SA-S12G, CM5-MA-SA-S9, and CM5-SWP2-S-32. Remedial maintenance shall be provided within 4 hours of notifying the contractor. Thinking machines will provide remote assistance daily Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The contract will have one base year and four one-year options.
