The work includes providing all labor, supervision, tools, material and equipment required to perform tree related services at the Naval Postgraduate School, Presidio of Monterey, Presidio of Monterey Annex (U.S. Army Garrison), and Tenant Facilities and Areas, Monterey, California. The operations to be performed include fallen branch removal, tree pruning, fallen tree removal, stump removal, tree removal and replacement, emergency branch removal, and other emergency tree-related services. The estimated start date is 07 November 1995. This is an indefinite quantity contract with fixed unit prices. The guaranteed minimum amount of work to be ordered is $50,000 and the estimated maximum amount ofwork to be ordered is $700,000. The term of the contract is for a 12 month period or until the maximum amount has been ordered, whichever occurs first. The contract is for a base year and three (3) - one year options.
