It is this Healthcare systems intent to enter into a consignment agreement with CarboMedics for various Aortic Heart Valves. Contractor shall provide the VAPAHCS an intial inventory of Aortic Heart Valves consisting of various sizes and models. Inventory of such valves shall be maintained at the VAPAHCS Supply Processing and Distribution Section (SPD). Consignment Agreement will be for a period of three years. (0229)
