The work includes providing all labor, materials, supplies, transportation, equipment including various personnel lifts, and management services, to provide relamping services in conformance with the latest revision of the Norfolk Naval Shipyard's mercury control instructions and various electrical repairs at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia and it's annexes by means of a Combination Firm Fixed Price and Indefinite Quantity type contract. The contract term shall be for a period of one year. The Government shall have the option to extend the term of the contract services for additional periods of one to twelve months. The total contract term, including exercise of any options, shall not exceed 60 months. Plans and specifications will be made available on or about 5 September 1995.
