The International Boundary and Water Commission, United States and Mexico, U.S. Section (USIBWC) has a requirement for a firm-fixed price contract for twenty five (25) precast concrete gated box culverts to replace existing Rio Grande River levee timber bridges from Salem, New Mexico to El Paso, Texas. The Contractor shall deliver the culverts along the Rio Grande floodplain at various sites designated by the USIBWC. Concrete box culverts will be of various dimensions and must meet the requirements of the ``Texas Department of Transportation 1993 Standard Specifications for Construction of Highway, Streets, and Bridges.''
