C -- EXTENSION OF JOHNSON CONTROLS METASYS SYSTEM POC Mariah Houton, Contract Specialist, 617-377-3024. Hanscom AFB is investigating the extension of its existing energy management and control system (EMCS). The existing system is a Johnson Controls Metasys and currently controls the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) equipment in eleven of the approximately fifty primary buildings on base. Hanscom AFB is seeking sources for a vendor with and EMCS capable of extending building control throughout the base and full and seamless integration with the existing Johnson Controls Metasys system. In response to this request for sources, the offeror must provide: field hardware cut sheets, software description for: Terminal VAV unit controllers, Unitary unit controllers, Air-handler controllers, Sensor and acutators; Description of system architechture, including LAN specifications; User interface description at the field interface and through a PC based work station; List of three locations where the offeror's system's control and Metasys integration features are demonstrated.
