Miscellaneous incidental services include disposal of oil and hazardous substances, helicopter overflights and lifts, trucking and hauling, and diving and salvage. Areas covered include Alaska; the Seventeenth Coast Guard District. It is anticipated that multiple awards of Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) will be made to responsible offerors submitting acceptable offers in response to the solicitation. Awards may be made to both large and small businesses. All responsible contractors may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Current BOA Contractors for the Seventeenth Coast Guard District need not respond to this synopsis.
