The contractor shall perform on site Field Review of Appraisals completed by the HUD fee panel and/or HUD approved Direct Endorsement (DE) staff appraisers. Contractors will be required to pick up work at the Field Offices and return that work within 15 working days after pick u p to that Field Office. These reviews will be conducted for the following eight (8) Offices: Atlanta, GA; Birmingham, AL; Columbia, SC; Coral Gables, FL; Greensboro, NC; Jackson, MS; and Nashville, TN. A fixed-price Indefinite Quantity type contract is contemplated. The contract performance period will be from date of award through September 30, 1996 with 2 1 year options.
