The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue a Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-95-G-5202 to Loral Systems, P.O. Box 64525, St. Paul, MN 55164-0525. Orders will be issued for material and services for the maintenance and repair of the AN/UYK-43(V), aN/UYK-44(V), AN/USQ-69(V)/69B, AN/UYQ-70, OL-267(V), RD-358, oJ-172, OA-7984, AN/USQ-20(V), AN/USQ-29(V), AN/USQ-34(V), aN/UYI-7(V), TT-515/UYK, AN/UYK-20(V), RD-270/271/294, OJ-212, cP-789, CP-808/848/855, AN/USH-19(V), AN/USH-20(V), SB-3495(V), sA-1722, SA-1816, OU-95, AN/UYK-5(V), AN/UGC-13, and other related equipment, including their sub-assemblies and components. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S. C. 2304(c)(1). Loral Systems is currently the only manufacturer (sole producer) with the design production knowledge to provide the required effort. No other source has the technical qualifications and the necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirements.
