(1) Main HVAC System Bldg 62 (2) Bldg 62, fifth floor HVAC System, (3) Bldg 88 HVAC System, (4) Bldg 90 HVAC system. Contractor will perform preventive maintenance and repairs to all components of the chilled water systems to include compressors, colling towers, condenser, pumps, motors, etc. Contractor to perform twelve (12) monthly, four (4) quarterly, two (2) semi-annual, and one (a) annual preventive maintenance inspection. Contract to replace all defective parts in chilled water system so that system will be in operations condition at all times. Contractor will make written reports on all work completed after each visit. Contract period is October 1, 1995 through September 30, 1996 with option years. All work will be performed at VA Palo Alto Health Care System/Livermore Division, 4951 Arroyo Road, Livermore, CA.
