THIS SOLICITATION IS HEREBY BEING ISSUED ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS INVITING FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. The work includes renovation and addition to Building 3211 and incidental related work. The work consists of a design/build addition to the existing bowling center at Building 3211 at the Naval Air Station, Pensacola, FL. Eight (8) new bowling lanes will be provided complete with the lanes, pinsetters, and seating. A Government furnished scoring system will be provided for the contractor to install. A new building entrance and restrooms will be provided in the new addition. The addition will require a new HVAC system and minor renovation will be required in the existing building.
