Source materials will be available for mandatory inspection from 11-20 September 1995 between the hours of 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM local time at the Defense Mapping Agency, 6000 MacArthur Blvd., Bethesda, Maryland, 20816-5000. Offers must be received no later than 12:00 PM local time 22 September 1995 at the Defense Mapping Agency, PCG-E, MS D-5, 4600 Sangamore Road, Bethesda, MD 20816-5003.
