A total of ten (10) cellular handheld flip telephones, two (2) vehicle installed cellular telephones and two (2) car-to-car bag cellular telephones with battery packs, are required. Cellular telephones must have the following features: call waiting, call forwarding, 3-way calling and detailed billing. Contract period will begin October 1, 1995 through Septermber 30, 1996, with options to renew four (4) additional one-year periods. Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued September 14, 1995.
