The U.S. Army Topographic Engineering Center intends to award an indefinite delivery, indefinite-quantity contract for a base year period with options to renew for four additional years. The scope of work to be performed concerns Defense Mapping Agency-produced and service-produced Digital Topographic Data (DTD) prototypes and products. Potential topics for investigation include DTD accuracy, content, format and resolution; surveys of user requirements for DTD; studies of DTD sensitivity in analytical models; development of rapid mapping and co-production capabilities and development of joint standards for DTD. Delivery orders issued under this contract shall not exceed $900,000 for the base year and $1,000,000 for each of the four option years. The successful offeror must hae a TS/SCI clearance at the time of award in order to perform the work required under this contract.
