is being circulated in accordance with Article 10.6. G/TBT/Notif.
95.235. 1. Member to Agreement notifying: Denmark. If applicable, name
of local government involved (Articles 3.2 and 7.2): 2. Agency
responsible: Danish Maritime Authority. 3. Notified under Article
2.9.2. 4. Products covered (HS or CCCN where applicable, otherwise
national tariff heading. ICS numbers may be provided in addition, where
applicable): Historical ships worth preserving (e.g. old sailing
ships). 5. Title and number of pages of the notified document: 5121-31
Order on the Safety of Traditional Ships Worth Preserving (available
in Danish, 26 pages). 6. Description of content: The Order shall fill
the need to regulate the safety etc. of historical ships which are
worth preserving. 7. Objective and rationale: To ensure the safety of
historical ships, while making it possible for such ships to earn
enough for their maintenance and preservation. 8. Relevant documents:
