Work to include complete outbound, inbound services and intra city and area moves of personal property shipments; ``Area I'' includes local areas and points within the counties of Curry, DeBaca, Quay, Guadalupe and Roosevelt in New Mexico; ``Area II'' includes points within counties in Parmer, Bailey, Deaf Smith, Randall, Armstrong, Oldham, Potter, Carson, Hartley, Moore, Hutchinson, Dalham, Sherman and Hansford in the state of Texas; and Cimmaron and Texas counties in the state of Oklahoma. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The standard Industrial classification code for those concerns and its affiliates is ``4214'' and is defined as a concern whose average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years did not exceed $18.5 million. Period of performance is for the Basic contract period of 1 January 1996 through 31 December 1996 with the possibility of two one-year option periods.
