76 -- TECHNICAL MANNUAL UPDATES FOR THE T56-A-427 ENGINE SOL N00019-95-G-0001 POC Contact, Mark Schrader, Phone (703)604-6100 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award an order, under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-95-G-0001, for Aviation Technical Manual updates for the T56-A-427 engine associated with E-2C aircraft of the USN. Allison, the designer, developer and sole manufacturer of the T56-A-427 is the only known source capable of satisfying the Navy's requirements. Further, the complete, accurate and fully validated data package for the T56-A-427 engine is currently available only to Allison Engine Company.
