Provide Technical Support Services for PD70 C4I programs which include 1)hardware and software systems which measure, transmit, distribute, process, evaluate and display environmental data, 2) satellite navigation systems, 3) worldwide area surveillance systems including consolidated and Navy tactical cryptologic programs, 4) Ship and shore, submarine and satellite communications systems, and 5) tactical or non-tactical information management systems. The services to be provided include systems engineering and technical support, integrated logistics management support, program management, and acquisition support. The proposed contract will consist of a basic plus four option years. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 8711. U.S. Companies Only (NONFORN). TOP SECRET Clearance required. This RFP will be transmitted through the SPAWAR Bulletin Board System (BBS). The RFP will only be available by calling the SPAWAR BBS, (703)602-9494, and downloading the RFP. The Bulletin Board operates at 14,400 BAUD with a setting of 8:N:1. The RFP will be in WordPerfect 5.2. The file will be compressed by a shareware program, PKZIP 2.04G. The RFP file name is 95R0110.ZIP. To download this RFP, the prospective offeror will need at a minimum, PC or MAC with modem emulation software that supports VT100 or ANSI standing, a modem that operates between 300 bps - 14.4K bps and a minimum of 1.5 MEG free disk space. Prospective offerors are required to supply the name and address of their company, the Point of Contact's name and phone number on the on- line questionnaire in order to be placed on the RFP's Bidders List. All others are also requested to optionally provide answers to a questionnaire on electronic contracting. Telephone inquiries for the RFP will not be honored. Offerors who would like a copy of the RFP must access the bulletin board. The bulletin board will be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, as the demand may be heavy, it may be necessary to call repeatedly or on off hours.
