(Pennsylvania) requests qualification statements by professional
engineering/hydrogeology consulting firms interested in assisting the
staff of the Bucks County Planning Commission in preparing a feasbility
study and report. The subject of the study and report will be
recommended modifications to stormwater management facilities for water
quality parameters. The study will include cost vs. benefit analysis
for facility upgrades. The study and report preparation will be in
accordance with a grant proposal prepared by the Bucks County Planning
Commission for the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protecton,
Coastal Zone Management Office and the Federal Office of Coastal
Management, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, under
Section 305 of the Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972. The Request For
Qualifications (RFQ) package will be available on August 28, 1995.
