EMPIRE STATE's centrifugal air conditioning system from CFC R-500 to HFC R-134A. Existing system is a McQuay compressor Model PEH063, Serial #5UC0103900. The contractor shall perform the work with McQuay factory certified centrifugal compressor engineers/mechanics. All requests must be in writing; may be telefaxed to (804) 441-6080. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. It is intended that an order be placed with the qualified firm who provides the most advantageous quotation in response to a request for written quotations. The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), has a program to assist minority, women-owned and disadvantaged business enterprises to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $500,000.
