FEDERAL LAB TECHNOLOGIES FOR SMALL BUSINESS Due to the uncertainty of Federal FY 1996 funding the Commercialization of Defense Technology by Small Business Conference scheduled for October 2, 1995, will be postponed until December 11, 1995. The U.S. Small Business Administration's Office of Veterans Affairs in association with the Army, Navy, Air Force, DOE, and NASA Research & Development Laboratories, and with the cooperation of the Southwest Technology Transfer Center announces the fourth in its ``Commercialization of Defense Technologies'' series. This conference will also provide information on business development programs available to small business and veterans. This will be held on Monday, December 11, 1995 at the Naval Command, Control and Ocean Surveillance Center, RDT&E Division, San Diego, CA. Technology areas will include: Command and Control, Communications, Computers, Systems Integration, Microelectronics, Photonics (Lasers), Fiber Optics, Imaging, Intelligent Systems, Surveillance Systems, Environmental Sciences, Telecommunications with commercial applications in such fields as Traffic Management, Law Enforcement, and Environmental Remediation.
