The Department intends to competitively acquire the services of a technical advisor to assist the Special Workout Assistance Team (SWAT). Under the proposed contract, the technical advisor will be required to provide the SWAT with guidance, advice, and assistance, relative to resolving physical, financial, and ownership/management difficulties of multifamily housing projects.
