94 -- HORSEHAIR, POLYPROPYLENE AND TAMPICO FIBER SOL 1PI-B-1607-95 DUE 110795 POC Contract Specialist, ODOM, JOHN, 202/508-8500 UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. plans to enter into a one-year requirements contract for horsetail hair, mixed horsetail hair and polypropylene, and Tampico fiber (natural and white in color). The horsetail hair shall be in accordance with Fed. Spec.'s H-B-190A and H-B-751C; the polypropylene shall be in accordance with Fed. Spec. H-B-651J; the natural color Tampico fiber shall be in accordance with Fed. Spec. H-B-1490A; and the white Tampico fiber shall be in accordance with Fed. Spec. H-B-731G. Estimated usage during the contract period is as follows: horsetail hair, 60,000 lb.; mixed polypropylene and horsetail hair, 120,000 lb.; natural color Tampico fiber, 6,000 lb.; and white Tampico fiber, 2,000 lb. Deliveries shall be made FOB destination to UNICOR, Texas Hwy. 20, Anthony, TX 79821. Deliveries shall be made within 30 days after receipt of delivery order.
