Contract effort is to develop the text of all but two chapters of a revised edition of Glasstone's book, ''The Effects of Nuclear Weapons,'' published in 1977. The specific objective of this procurement is to complete the updating of the Glasstone book that was done partially, for several chapters, during a phase one effort to scope out the work necessary to complete the job. Contractor personnel will need a DoD security clearance of SECRET. Contemplated period of performance is 39 months.
