SUTPHIN, (304)529-5620 The work consists essentially of buildings and grounds maintenance and mowing for Tom Jenkins Dam, Glouster, Ohio. Time will be one year with options for second, third, fourth and fifth years. All responsible proposals will be evaluated by utilizing the following factors: (A) Equipment and Personnel, (B) Experience and (C) Quality Control and Safety. Contract will be a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Type Contract, competitively negotiated. Award will be made as a whole to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and has been determined to be most advantageous to the Government, all factors considered. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on 17 November 1995 at 10:00 am at Tom Jenkins Dam, Glouster, Ohio. The proposed contract is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. See Numbered Note 1. (0263)
