This Center intends to procure on a Sole Source basis from following firm, TSI, Corp., for the following goods or services: 1 each TSI Model 3025A ultrafine condensation particle counter and 1 each TSI Model 3760A condensation particle counter. Items 1 and 2 shall be exactly compatible with existing TSI Model 3025A and TSI Model 3760A respectively for flight hardware installation and application. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
