Applications/offers will be evaluated/awarded through the General Services administration'S Commercial products acquisition laboratory, which will assign national Stock Numbers (NSN'S) to products awarded under thislab. Applications must be submitted before 11/30/95 to be considered for contract period beginning 04/01/96. Applications received after 11/30/95 will be considered for the contract period beginning 07/01/96. All responsible sources submitting an offer will be considered by the agency.
