Disposal will be at two locations, an on-site spoil disposal area to be constructed under this contract and an off site location six miles away. The on-site disposal area requires the Contractor provide geotextile fabric under the containment dike. Repairs will be made to approximately four miles of Levee 77. Disturbed and repaired areas of Levee 77 will be regraded, reseeded and fertilized. Magnitude of construction is between $500,000 to $1,000,000. Pre-Solicitation Notice will be issued on or about 29 Sept 95. Invitation DACW17-95-B-0056 will be issued on or about 01 Nov 95 and opened on or about 12 Dec 95.
