59 -- RETROFIT/MODIFICATION KITS AND ASSOCIATED SUPPORT/UNIQUE TEST EQUIPMENT FOR CSA MK2 LCP MK421 CONTROL PANEL SOL N00024-96-G-6101 POC Mr. A. R. The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue orders on multiple occasions over the period of Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-96-G-6101 with Loral Librascope, 811 Sonora Avenue, Glendale, CA 91291-2433. Orders will be issued for retrofit/modification kits and associated support/unique test equipment for the CSA MK2 LCP MK 421 control panel. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1). Loral Librascope designed, developed and is the sole producer of the CSA MK2 LCP MK 421 control panel. It is the only company which possesses the knowledge, tooling and equipment necessary to perform the tasks described herein. No other source has the technical qualifications and the necessary resources to perform this work. No other supplies or services will satisfy the Navy's requirements.
