Project consists of all equipment, material and labor to add to and alter the Aircraft Support Equipment Shop/Storage at Truax Field ANGB, Madison, WI. Work will include but not limited to: removal of existing HVAC, plumbing systems, and portions of the floor for installation of new drain, waste and vent systems. Construction will include new elastomeric roof system, partitions with GMU walls and other interior finishes, new HVAC system, new plumbing for water and waste, upgrade electrical system including supplemental panels and extension of electrical service to addition. Magnitude of project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Project is under consideration for Small Disadvantaged Business Set-Aside. Interested concerns should as early as possible, but not later than 15 calendar days after publication of this notice, indicate interest in bidding as prime or as a subcontractor on the project, evidence of capability to perform, including references for similar work with contract numbers, points of contact, telephone numbers, and if appropriate, a positive statement of eligibility as a small, socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. In addition, dollar amount of construction bonding capability is required. The Contracting Officer will utilize the information received to make a decision to insure this solicitation is set aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) or as ``Unrestricted'' without further notice. Therefore, replies to this notice are requested from all interested business concerns as well as SDB concerns. Replies must indicate the firm's size status such as large business, small business, small disadvantaged business or 8(a). The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1542. The applicable small business standard including affiliates, is no more than $7,000,000 average annual revenue for previous three years.
