The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for support of research and development in the areas of electro-optical sensor development, signal processing for electro-optical sensors, countermeasures in sensors, modeling of sensor performance, design and fabrication of electronics for sensors and real-time sensor processing electronics. The period of performance for this effort will be three years (36 months). The contractor's personnel must have a SECRET clearance to do the above stated work. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for small business (SB) concerns. If adequate interest is not received from SB concerns, the solicitation will then be issued as open to all business concerns.
