New construction consists of a 33,670 SF, 2-story brick and structural steel office building with standing seam roof and associated site improvements, new pavement, overlay pavement, landscaping, irrigation, area lighting in parking lots, roadway and drainage improvments, and new utility extensions to service this and future construction and incidental related work.
