Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract, base year and one option year. Project calls for various repairs and/or complete reconstruction to airfield pavements at Dyess AFB, Texas. The minimum guaranteed contract amount is $5000.00. Unit prices will be taken for the Base Year and One Option Year. Work may include but is not necessarily limited to concrete slab replacement, asphalt pavement section replacement, rubber removal, crack repair, replacement of joint sealant, installation of pavement markings, milling/grinding, spall repair, placement of asphalt overlays, application of asphalt slurry seals, and rubber removal. Estimated contract magnitude is between $5 million and $10 million. Performance period is 365 calendar days from date of award for basic year and 365 calendar days for the option year. SIC code is 1611. Proposed acquisition is being considered for 100% set-aside for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should, as early as possible, but not later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the contracting officer, evidence of capability to perform and a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns the solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis without further notice and SDB evaluation preference will not be applied.
